Streamlined PhD nominations

This action does not affect ACT PhD alumni living overseas. You are still able to apply for steamlined nomination if you meet the nomination criteria. Email for advice on how to lodge the online application. 

ACT Occupation List will be updated in July 2017

As of 19/04/2017 the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL) (which informed the ACT Occupation List) has been replaced by the Short term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL). There has been a removal of 200 occupations from the CSOL in creating the STSOL. A new ACT Occupation list based on the STSOL will be announced in July.

Kids Play Passport

There are so many exciting things to do with children in Canberra.  This wonderful CBR website 'natureplaycbr' will provide you with ideas for your child run, skip, jump, climb, splash, invent, explore and play outside. 

You will also be able to apply for a ‘Passport to an Amazing Childhood’  - a Nature Play CBR program which offers an exciting, interactive and fun way to get active and outdoors! The idea is to get kids (3-12+) outside by completing a series of fun, low (or no) cost 'missions'. Missions are delivered through a signature passport booklet, available free to Canberrans and surrounding NSW regions.  The passport has ten 'mission' pages, stickers and suggestions on great places to go and things to do outdoors, most of which can be completed in backyards, school grounds or local parks and reserves.

Also, at the back of the passport, there is a list of '15 things every kid should do before they’re 12.'
